Dubli Overview Presentation Points       

What is Dubli all about?
Dubli’s goal is to become THE online global shopping portal. In other words, the next Ebay, Google, and Amazon combined. They are utilizing unique reverse auctions to create the buzz to attract customers. The difference between traditional auctions and reverse auctions being that the prices of items go DOWN every time someone places a bid. This creates tremendous value for the consumer and creates customer loyalty.

What separates this opportunity from all others?
Timing- Growth of Ecommerce. While most all other companies struggled this past holiday season, Amazon.com had record profits.
Foresight-They have a proven success model in Germany and Europe before bringing it to the US. Very rare this ever happens.
Flexibility to adapt- Dubli is not locked into any single product. They can adjust on the fly to provide any high-demand product at a great value.
Stability-Because it is customer driven, there is never any reason for your distributors to leave. Plus, if they did, all their established customers do not.

Why is Dubli different?

Dubli’s model is a hybrid model that uses network marketing (person to person) to serve as the ‘spark’ to ignite the auctions and then it evolves into a customer driven (customer referring customer) viral marketing model that provides true residual walk-away income (exit strategy for true retirement) unlike any other network marketing model. It’s adding the Facebook or YouTube component on top of the network marketing model to produce exponential growth.

Why does Dubli need us (Business Associates)?
Why network marketing? Getting the reverse auctions up and running is the HARDEST part of this process. Others have tried and failed. The auctions need customers to drive the prices down rapidly and they need prices to go down rapidly to attract the customers. It’s a chicken and egg dynamic. Dubli is relying on Business Associates (with a built in incentive) to use their existing center of influence to attract and build the initial customer base. Once in place, Dubli has a proven marketing strategy to expand that customer base in exponential numbers. Dubli is willing to give away over half of the company (in compensation or commissions) to the associates who are able to get the process going. This process has already been proven to deliver tremendous incomes in a very short frame for many associates. It has worked in Germany and Europe and WILL WORK the same IF NOT BETTER in the US.

I have never had success at network marketing. Why/how could Dubli work for me?
Since it is customer driven (retail sales), someone could build a residual monthly income WITHOUT ever recruiting or sponsoring another Business Associate. This is based on historical data from Germany that shows that once the auctions mature and Dubli’s marketing campaign kicks in, an acquired customer will refer ON AVERAGE five NEW customers every 60 days. So that progression of customer acquisition could be stated as follows:   Initial customer After 60 days After 120 days After 180 days

When you consider that the historical data also shows that it took roughly 34 credits to acquire ONE customer, someone could expect to acquire the following number of customers per package purchased:

Bronze 1100 credits/34 = 32 customers
Silver 2500 credits/34= 73 customers
Gold 6000 credits/34= 176 customers

Combining these calculations, you could realistically expect to have over 20,000 customers in 6 months (once auctions mature) if you purchased the Gold package and seeded the internet with your credits (176 x 156=27,456). While these numbers are hypothetical, they are based on experiential data from Germany. The growth will taper off and settle down as we progress, but let’s use more conservative estimates and consider the example of acquiring 10,000 customers by the end of ONE YEAR.

As a Business Associate (without any downline organization) you would earn 10% on ALL your customer activity (purchase of credits). When you consider the average CUSTOMER was spending $7.60 per month in Germany, means each customer would be worth $0.76 per month (10% of $7.60) to the Business Associate. When you multiply the numbers, 10,000 x .76 = $7,600 PER MONTH income WITHOUT any downline. Even at a $3,200 investment (Gold package) that would still be a phenomenal return on investment (ROI).

Now when you consider that you can push this number up to 24% by building an organization, you can easily see why there will be incomes NEVER BEFORE SEEN in this industry. And these numbers are ONLY for income on YOUR frontline customers. You can earn from 2-14% on all of your Business Associates customers. The income potential is staggering. And consider that this is ONLY from customer credit purchases. We will also be eligible for additional revenues from customer click through activity and purchases on the Shopping Portal. The opening of the shopping portal increased the monthly customer value tremendously in Germany and Europe.


How does the Dubli compensation plan compare with others?
Without getting into specifics, obviously the previous examples and the record high commissions already being generated should speak for themselves. However, for those that want more details, here are the basics.

Dubli has a PayPlan1 (front end commissions) and PayPlan2 (back end commissions). The PayPlan1 involves commissions generated when new business associates join and purchase one of the packages. Again, understanding that the Dubli business model is based upon ‘giving away’ credits to generate customers, the more credits you have the more customers you will be able to attract. Your income earned will be anywhere from $75 to $1500 on these product packages by new business associates. In the initial phase or stage of Dubli, this income will account for probably 99% of a Business Associates income. You can reference the charts in the back office to see how these break down. There is no need to try to remember these.

The PayPlan2 is the income earned from customers and was explained in the previous example above. The historical data shows that it will take about 6-7 months from the time the auctions begin to mature before the PayPlan2 income SURPASSES the frontend PayPlan1 income. This commission potential is what separates out Dubli from EVERY OTHER opportunity.

What should we be doing now?
Based on the compensation explanation just given, it is important to understand that there are various stages or phases of the Dubli business model. We are currently in the ‘business building’ or ‘organizational building’ phase. While you could ‘seed the internet’ with your credits right now in an attempt to acquire customers, because there is NOT a great awareness or value recognition of the Dubli name or Dubli credits, you will NOT be getting as much ‘bang for your buck’. In other words, the numbers listed above will probably not hold true.

While we want to be adding customers, our focus is better spent at this time building an organization of other Business Associates and utilizing the credits to aid us in that process. As we sponsor other associates we will in effect be ‘banking’ or stockpiling Dubli credits. The ideal time to ‘dump’ these credits or ‘seed the internet’ will be in conjunction with Dubli’s marketing efforts which are scheduled to begin in April of this year. If someone ONLY wants to focus on ‘customer acquisition’, it would be recommended to begin this process in the April time frame to coincide with Dubli’s name branding efforts.
